Months leading up to each Higher Love Retreat, Spirit reveals the essence of the experience to me. Workshops and ceremonies are then crafted around this theme, supporting the personal journeys and transformations of the women who join us. Every Higher Love Retreat is a unique recipe of love and intention - to bring through the most transformative experience possible for attendees.
I warmly welcome kind, experienced, and wholehearted facilitators to join us, and personally guide energy healing sessions, shamanic healing, and channeled workshops and ceremonies.

At Higher Love Retreats, we embrace a different approach. While we provide structure, we also allow for fluidity and a gentle flow. I refer to this as 'island time'. There is so much spaciousness for you on retreat.

Back home in New Zealand, we call food that is prepared with love, kai wairua. Previous guests have been 'wowed' by the menu offered whilst on retreat. I guarantee that you will fall in love with the nurturing food offered to you! As much as possible, the vegetarian menu is created with local, organic produce straight from the farmer's markets. There will be no hungry bellies on this retreat, with all food allergies lovingly catered for. Your needs are never going to be too difficult for us - we've got your back! (and your belly!)

What's not included in your Higher Love Retreat

Flights and transport to the retreat venue. To make things as easy as possible for you, I can help to arrange a group transfer from the airport to the venue and back. Basically, if you get yourself to the Gold Coast or Ballina airport, I can help sync this up with other attendees and you can travel together. #easy.

Yes! Absolutely. There are cozy private room options with limited availability and boutique shared rooms.
I have food allergies - can these be catered for on retreat?
You-betcha! Your food is organic, chef-prepared masterpieces. We pride ourselves on the fact that we can cater for all allergies.
Will I have free time whilst on retreat?
Whilst we have wonderful facilitators and life-changing experiences - this retreat is yours, and you get free choice regarding what offerings you choose to participate in. There is always ample space and freedom to have time out, time for yourself, for reflection and intimate conversations.
I feel nervous to come to this retreat on my own, will I feel at ease on retreat?
Absolutely! I think everyone feels a little nervous, yet excited approaching retreat dates. I wholeheartedly know and trust that every woman feels a shift when they feel connected to others, and themselves in deep and meaningful ways. The most beautiful friendships are created on retreats.
